Meet the Maintenance Staff Paul Gerrard, Maintenance Manager The Maintenance Manager has responsibility for both day to day reactive and void property repairs, running the maintenance section and providing technical advice to other departments. Richard Coombes, Michael Lampshire, Building Surveyors The Building Surveyors are responsible for monitoring performance of reactive contractors and the co-ordination of void property repairs. Another area of responsibility is tenant satisfaction, which includes dealing with complaints about the service, and ensuring that tenants receive the best possible service from contractors. Malcolm Hazell, Direct Labour Our Direct Labour is a skilled carpenter who carries out repair works to our properties. |
